All

When you come to the school, we will have stations setup in the front of the building to collect signed forms and to collect insurance money. You will not need to get out of your car. Once you complete the paperwork, you will be sent to the rear of the building to pick up your students Chromebook. You will hand over the signed paperwork, we will hand you the chromebook(s) and charger(s). If you have more than one student receiving a chromebook, you will be able to get them all at once (assuming you fill out the paperwork, complete the online form and verify that you watched the video). Students do not have to sign the form at this time, we will have them do this as part of a digital citizenship assignment at the beginning of school.
