Teacher’s aides across the District took part in a two-hour professional development session yesterday, marking the second year of this district wide initiative. The training reinforced best practices in student supervision, reviewed conflict-management strategies, and clarified how aides can best support classroom expectations. Professionalism, positive communication, and proper communication channels were also emphasized. Aides participated in brief discussions and scenario-based activities to apply the concepts.
