The article explains that when teachers build trust, communicate respectfully, and show consistency and care, students are more engaged, feel a stronger sense of belonging, and are better able to succeed academically. The resource, also highlights simple, everyday practices such as greeting students by name, offering encouragement, listening actively, and setting clear expectations that help create supportive learning environments for all students.
