Dear Senior Parents and Guardians,

If your child plans on attending college this fall, completing the financial aid process is a critical next step. To ensure they receive the maximum aid available, please make sure theΒ FAFSA application is completed as soon as possible.

Below are the essential links and resources to help you finish the process:

  1. Create Your Account
    Before starting the application, both the student and a parent must create an account to receive an FSA ID. πŸ”— Create your FSA ID here

  2. Complete the FAFSA
    This is the main application for federal grants, work-study, and loans. πŸ”— Apply for FAFSA here

  3. Apply for New York State Aid (TAP)

If your student is looking at colleges within New York State, do not forget to complete the Tuition Assistance Program (TAP) application. πŸ”— Apply for TAP here
