Van Rensselaer Faculty and Staff Gather for Annual Summer Send-Off

Today marked the official completion of the 2025–26 academic year at Van Rensselaer Elementary School. To celebrate the milestone, faculty and staff members gathered outside at dismissal to participate in the traditional end-of-year bus wave, wishing students a safe and happy summer.

The Rensselaer City School District congratulates all of our students on their academic achievements, personal growth, and resilience over the past ten months. We also extend our deepest gratitude to our educators, support staff, and school families for their unwavering partnership throughout the year.

We wish our entire school community a safe, restful, and well-deserved summer vacation, and we look forward to welcoming everyone back for the start of the new school year this fall.
