Van Rensselaer Elementary Hosts 6th Grade Moving-Up Ceremony
Today, Van Rensselaer Elementary School hosted its annual 6th Grade Moving-Up Ceremony, celebrating our students as they complete their elementary education and prepare to transition to Rensselaer Jr.-Sr. High School this fall.
The ceremony served as a wonderful opportunity for families, faculty, and administration to gather and recognize the academic achievements, personal growth, and leadership qualities of the promotional class.
The Rensselaer City School District commends our rising 7th graders for their hard work and dedication throughout their elementary years, and we look forward to supporting their continued success as they enter junior high.
Media Update and Notice to Families:
The district aims to provide recorded coverage of our milestone events for families who wish to revisit them. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen technical difficulties, the introductory portion at the beginning of today's ceremony recording was lost. We apologize for this technical error and any inconvenience it may cause our school families. The remainder of the ceremony was successfully captured and will be made available.
