Sports Announcements and Reminders

The Homecoming Football game is tonight at 7pm! It has been a great week full of school spirit. Let's keep that going tonight!!

   - Please remember when attending that no students in grade 8 or below are allowed without an adult chaperone. They should supervise that child at all times. Failure to comply could result in being asked to leave. If this happens you may be refused entry to all events for a period of time.

  - Please come out and cheer on the team. Be loud, be proud, but be respectful of everyone attending the game.

- Home volleyball matches begin this coming Monday. As a result of ongoing work on the main gym, all volleyball matches will take place in the south gym. There is very limited capacity in the south gym for spectators. Please only attend if you are an immediate family member of an athlete participating that day. We want our girls to feel supported, but we also want them to be able to play some home matches this season. Restricting attendance to family is the only way we can do so. No students in any grade will be allowed to attend if they are not an immediate family member. 

       * Please help by attending only the match in which your child is playing. Varsity parents, please refrain from coming early during the JV matches and JV parents please leave exit at the conclusion of the JV match. This will allow us to accommodate all parents who want to see their child play. Thank you for your help in this matter.

       * Entrance for volleyball matches will still take place through the auditorium entrance. Please do not park behind school.

- Winter sports sign-ups continue in the school health office. Please see nurse Tammy Slingerland tslingerland@rcsd.k12.ny.us if you plan to play a winter sport.
