Teen Mental Health First Aid
Posted Date: 10/14/26 (11:20 AM)
Project AWARE and RCSD are excited to partner with the Mental Health Association of New York State (MHANYS) to offer Teen Mental Health First Aid training to our 10th graders in Health Classes beginning 11/3.
This program equips our students with the skills they need to support their mental well-being and that of their peers. It empowers our teens to recognize signs of mental health challenges and confidently respond in a caring and effective way.
The instructor will be hosting a virtual drop-in session on Wednesday October 21st from 5:30-6pm. This is a great opportunity to ask questions or meet the teacher.
