Today was a productive and festive day for students across our district.
Rensselaer Junior/Senior High School (RJSHS) Highlights:

• HVCC Instant Commit Day: 25 seniors participated in the Hudson Valley Community College (HVCC) Instant Commit Day.
• We congratulate these students as they take important steps toward their college and career goals.

Van Rensselaer Elementary School (VRES) Highlights:

• Kindergarten Trick-or-Treating: Kindergarten students participated in our annual trick-or-treating walk through the school.
• Annual Halloween Parade: Elementary students and staff held our annual costume parade.
• 5th and 6th Grade Band Performance: A special thank you to our 5th and 6th grade band members. They played wonderful music during the parade despite the cold and windy weather.
